In 2016, we kicked off this beautiful journey to change the face of financial advice. Why? Well because we can, but also, because every person in the world deserves a better financial future, and we’re going to make sure they are going to get it.

We’ve been working closely with some of the top financial advisors in the country to develop a platform that is transforming the way financial advisors work, and the way individuals receive advice.

Wealthbit is the first financial platform to bring individuals into the financial planning process, helping them to understand their finances in a way like never before.

Individuals can access their financial plan from anywhere, their data is always up to date if they have an advisor, and they can even construct their own financial plans and submit those to their advisors for review, or they can see what their advisors have been working on.

History of the company

We started in 2016-ish. What would become Wealthbit, started out as a financial planning tool built in excel years before. The spreadsheet was developed by Alex Cook of GCI, where, as a financial advisor, he wanted to have a better way to show his clients what their future looks like and how small changes now could have big impacts later.

The spreadsheet proved that people could understand their financial picture and that they wanted to have a better future. They were willing to take the steps they needed to, and the spreadsheet helped them stay on track, keeping them focused on the outcome that they wanted.

In 2016, the journey started to transform the now-complex spreadsheet into a simple and scalable technology platform. The goal? Get the world's population to a safe financial future, not just retirement.
